Personnel Policy

The companies in the Holzapfel Group are specialists in surface coatings.
While we clearly have a commercial role to play in the region, the social side of our activities is also very important.

We need to be flexible and customer-oriented, and this means having personnel available in the commercial area 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can imagine what this means for the staff and their families!

And that is why we are so proud of our motivated and highly competent staff. We are also committed to integrating foreign workers into the work force, extending friendship and openness to them. We offer our staff on-going further training to enhance their qualifications, and actively promote their commercial skills by giving them responsibility and authority.

We are a medium-sized family business, and feel bound to our location and employees. In consequence, we will put even more emphasis on family-oriented personnel policies in the future.
