Holzapfel
Today, Holzapfel, founded in 1949 by Willy Holzapfel, is a modern services company that focuses on the automobile and processing industry, providing it with anti-corrosive and functional coating materials for medium and large series. Location history: 1949 Wetzlar, 1956 Worms, 1958 Herborn, 1962 Sinn, 1969/70 Sinn-Fleisbach.
Dekotec
New building DEKOTEC GmbH (decorative galvanic- and surface finishing). The company, founded in 1992 was originally spezialised in high requested optical industry. Meanwhile, all decorative and functional surface finishings are delivered to other sectors (e.g. Automotive, Solar and wind energy).
HMV
Herborner Metallveredlung was founded as a "galvanic workshop for subcontracts" by Willi Deusing in 1957. At the time, HMV's premises amounted to 16 m² in the basement of a residential house. But it soon outgrew the space, and in 1962 the first new building was erected. The hall that is now the central manufacturing hall was added in 1976, and two additional manufacturing halls were built in 1987 and 1990.
Today HMV has a staff of around 100 and is a modern service company. Not only does it provide a wide range of galvanic processes, it also has a state-of-the art powder coating facility with ample room for downstream assembly and packaging operations.
Tesgal
Tesgal was founded in 1996. At that time 25 employees were engaged. Mr. Orsag, the founder, continued the existing galvanizing company under new name and organisation. The well adepted employees attested the guarantor for fast-growing Tesgal. By dint of the consisting know-how and a taut organisation, Tesgal succeeded in becoming a leading company in Slovakia.
