Zn-Fe black (Zn-Fe black cor)

All advantages of a Zn/Ni surface can now also be achieved with Cr(VI)-free black passivation!

Special feature:

• complies with all general automobile shipping specifications, even without sealing. Zn/Ni black cor is therefore particularly suitable for construction components with sealing surfaces or threads. The basic materials are steels, cast iron and sintered metals.

Advantages:

• reliable corrosion resistance of 240 h WR, 720 h RR
• no contact corrosion with aluminium
• can be used to distinguish between similar components, e.g. L black and R transparent
• even coating thickness
• thermal load 24 h 120°C without loss of corrosion protection
