Drum coating

The ultimate in corrosion protection with transparent Zn films:

• Embedded nanoparticles ensure a self-healing effect where damage to the layer has occurred (e.g. during transport or assembly)
• Corrosion protection with the highest degree of reliability of at least 168 h WR / 360 h RR
• Thermal load 24 h 120°C without loss of corrosion protection
• no sealing necessary and consequently no agglutination or residue (e.g. for threads or hollow parts)
• particularly suitable for sintered metal and casting
• naturally Cr(VI)-free
