An excellent process - zinc/iron

Black or yellow chromatized zinc-iron surfaces are significantly more corrosion resistant than zinc coatings.

Zinc-iron surfaces offer you the following advantages:

• With 0.5% iron - 300% better corrosion protection
• even distribution of coating
• highest corrosion protection, even under thermal load         

Chrome(VI)-free alternatives in "transparent", "yellow" and "black" can be used at short notice for larger orders.
These properties have led to the process being used by all German automobile manufacturers.

Areas of application (examples):

• Mounting and piping systems in the engine area. Rotating parts for brake and magnet systems.
• Ball pivots and activating rods in the chassis area.
• Housings and small parts for door locks and bonnet catches.
• Activating levers in the gear and transmission area.
