Besides providing an extremely high degree of corrosion protection at very high temperatures, powder coating allows for individual colouring:

• weather-proof
• tolerates high mechanical loads
• colour variety
• good sheen properties        

Advantages:

• Layer thicknesses greater than 60 µm pass the salt spray test according to DIN SS 50 021 after 1000 hours.
• Not sensitive to high temperatures.
• Individual colouring across the entire RAL colour system possible, including special colours and NCS and RDS colour systems.

Can be used in conjunction with prior CDP coating for extreme weather conditions and environmental impact. CDP coating together with powder coating can be requested from HMV.
